    As of 1 June 2022, Oldham’s Independent Complaints Advocacy Service will be transferred to Cloverleaf Advocacy and therefore will no longer be delivered by Healthwatch Oldham.

    We can help you if you want to make a formal complaint about NHS service. This includes any services funded by the NHS and covers hospital services, GP services, dental services, pharmacies and community health services.

    We can help you if you want to make a formal complaint about a mental health service. This includes mental health services accessed within a hospital or community setting.

    The project included 209 Health Literacy Questionnaires and 7 in depth interviews undertaken with parents with children under 5 within the Failsworth GP Cluster.

    For this Forum, we asked specific questions about people’s understanding of their own mood, diagnosis, possible treatments and services they have accessed. The answers to these survey questions have been collated and analysed to identify any trends.
