    Our latest report contains findings from an engagement exercise we carried out on F11, Haematology Day Unit at Royal Oldham Hospital with 41 patients and 15 relatives and friends over four three hour sessions during February and March 2018.

    Initially Healthwatch Oldham identified that a number of complaints about access to the service, eligibility and patient information had been received by the local Patient Advice and Liaison (PALS). This resulted in this joint project.

    The CQC commissioned Healthwatch Oldham and Healthwatch Rochdale to gather experiences from partners and or family members who had supported a pregnant or birthing person through the maternity journey between September 2021 to February 2023. We have summarised the responses in this report.
