This report has been written to give an introduction and overview of what Rochdale and Oldham Maternity Voices Partnership do, how they do it and to also present findings, provide updates on work undertaken so far and to share the view and work plan for the future covering 2021 to 2023.

Healthwatch Oldham has released its Annual Report for 2022/23.

Healthwatch in Greater Manchester publishes its first Annual Report which highlights its activities over the past year and the impact the independent network has achieved.

Following on from a successful project we did on looking at Digital health, we worked with Northern Care Alliance on the challenges faced with remote appointments after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Leesbrook Medical practice invited Healthwatch Oldham to carry out an engagement exercise with their patients to under their views on the quality of the matron service being provided by the practice.

The CQC commissioned Healthwatch Oldham and Healthwatch Rochdale to gather experiences from partners and or family members who had supported a pregnant or birthing person through the maternity journey between September 2021 to February 2023. We have summarised the responses in this report.

We're proud to share with you our Annual Report for 2021/22

Healthwatch Oldham and the Safeguarding Adults Oldham Team have worked in partnership to produce a survey that was designed to be a starting point to highlight and understand peoples' experiences of accessibility when they have a physical disability.

We have published our report looking into people's experiences of accessing services whilst living with cancer during COVID-19.

During the COVID pandemic, people across Greater Manchester have told their local Healthwatch that they were experiencing difficulties accessing NHS dental services.
