NHS 10 Year Plan Reports and GMHSC Partnership Response

The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership has responded to the Reports released on the NHS 10 Year Plan.

Back in April 2019, we asked if you could provide your views on the proposed NHS 10 Year Plan.

As part of the plan, the Government is investing an extra £20 billion a year into the NHS. The plan sets out all the things it wants health services to do better for people across the country and is based on the experiences of patients, families and staff.

With growing pressure on the NHS – people living longer, more people living with long-term conditions, and lifestyle choices affecting people’s health – changes are needed to make sure everybody gets the support they need.

There were various surveys produced which covered specific long-term conditions as well as a general quick survey to better understand your views on where investment should be made.

We would like to thank everyone for their time and efforts in completing those surveys and providing your views and opinions for moving forward.

Reports have been produced on each of these surveys and the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership has provided a response.
