COVID-19: Your Experiences of Health and Care Survey Extension
Due to ongoing changes with localised restrictions and services having to continually adapt to the current situation, we have decided to extend our COVID-19 survey until the end of October to allow people to share their new experiences of accessing services under these new changes.
In addition, we have recently been completing some targeted communities work to get more views from across the different communities of Oldham. We are keen to gather more insight from people who may have already completed a survey but have since had further experiences to feedback on. You can access the survey below:
As previously, we can also send out a paper version to people who do not use computers/smartphones or have access to the internet. We can also arrange to complete the survey with a member of the Healthwatch Oldham team over the phone. If you need either of these options, please ring us on 0161 622 5700.
